Working at the intersection of digital product design and brand identity he creates products and brands that look and feel right.

To achieve this he works closely with startup's, companies and teams in order to enhance their business. With a human centred design approach he creates products for people not users. Whether it is an intuitive app design for a museum or creating a stunning brand identity.

Currently he is desiging for Anyways, a hassle free car subscription. And for Tilig, a simple password manager and online assistant founded by Sid Sijbrandij (Founder of the publicly traded company Gitlab).

Strategy & concepts

Every good project starts with a great concept. It is the core of a brand or startup and the base of your actions. Thats why we start with the concept instead of rushing ahead with design. We try to find your motivations and use that to bring a brand or startup to life. Visual identities or web- & appdesigns are better when we put more thought into the concept. This ensures every detail right and ensure all communication is consistent.

Branding

Visual identity litteraly shapes an organisation. But to be honest I don’t sit down and design visual identities, they usually come to me based on what I hear, see and read during our sessions. This happens by using what information I collect to find the underlying concept and start crafting a look and feel that fits. When we hit gold and I recieve a smile, I design the products and give them a consistent branding.

Graphic design

From visual identities with matching campaign material to music artwork and posters, I design for a wide variety of projects. All the designs are based on the identity we created together and is consistent with the visuals that already exist, unless you want to shake things up a little off course ;).
