With a team of five creatives we dove deep in the heart of our city, Groningen, and searched for the people who move the city.

Lokal is a contemporary online video and photo magazine that lets you discover local driven entrepreneurs. Every month we share nice videos, beautiful photo reports and revealing interviews about passionate and local entrepreneurs to provide the reader with his portion of inspiration.

I founded and designed Lokal and together with a great team we've realized the magazine. The videos, photos, and interviews seamlessly connect and strengthen the coverage of each Lokal. The website is fully responsive which means it's also well visible on a tablet or smartphone.

Unfortunately we stopped with the magazine. We are busy turning Lokal in an application which allows you to discover these people in every city offline instead of online. Check www.lokalgems.com for more.
